Picaggo Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy outlines our commitment to protecting minors from sexual abuse and exploitation by all applicable laws, regulations, and Google Play policies. It applies to all users, content, and third-party integrations associated with the Picaggo web and mobile app platform. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward content or behavior that exploits or endangers children.

2. Definitions

  • Child: Any individual under the age of 18 years.
  • Sexual Abuse: Any form of sexual activity involving a child, including both direct and indirect exploitation.
  • Exploitation: The use of any material, content, or activity that sexualizes a child or places them in a harmful or degrading context.
  • User-Generated Content (UGC): Content created, posted, or otherwise contributed by users of our platform.
  • Picaggo – Picaggo web and mobile app platform and all the products under Proximous Inc.

3. Policy Commitments

3.1 Zero Tolerance

  • No CSAE Content: Picaggo prohibits any content that depicts, promotes, or is intended to facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • User Obligations: All users, partners, and affiliates must comply with this policy and any actions or modifications mandated by Picaggo to ensure a safe environment for minors.

3.2 Compliance with Google Play Policies

  • Policy Alignment: This CSAE Prevention Policy is designed to be consistent with Google Play’s Developer Program Policies. We will continually monitor and update our practices to fully comply with any changes or additional requirements imposed by Google.

4. Prohibited Content and Behavior

  • Direct Sexual Abuse: Any representation, promotion, or distribution of sexual content involving a child is strictly prohibited.
  • Grooming or Exploitation: Any activities intended to groom, exploit, or take advantage of a minor are forbidden.
  • CSAM: Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including digitally generated, altered, or AI-manipulated content.
  • User-Generated Content: All UGC Content that appears to involve a child in a sexualized manner or any depiction that could be interpreted as harmful or exploitative.
  • Third-Party Content: Any third-party content integrated into our platform must be reviewed to ensure it does not violate this policy or applicable laws.

5. Reporting and Response Procedures

5.1 Reporting Mechanism

  • In-App Reporting: We provide an easy-to-access reporting tool for users to flag any content or behavior that may violate this policy.
  • Direct Contact: Reports can also be sent to our dedicated abuse prevention team at [email protected].

5.2 Response Protocol

  • Investigation: Our team will promptly review every report.
  • Action: If content or behavior is found to violate this policy, Picaggo will take swift action, including removal of the offending material and, when necessary, disabling or terminating accounts.
  • Collaboration with Authorities: We will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies to investigate any potential CSAE incident.

6. Policy Enforcement and Sanctions

  • Violations: Any user or third party found in breach of this policy will be subject to immediate sanctions, including removal of content, account suspension, or permanent banning from the platform.
  • Continuous Improvement: We regularly review and update this policy to address emerging threats and to incorporate feedback from stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
