Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code or tap your link and add photos straight from their browser. The Picaggo app is optional. It adds Smart Sync, which sends their event photos for them whenever they open the app.
How does Smart Sync work?
A guest with the Picaggo app switches Smart Sync on once. After that, whenever they open the app, the photos they took during your event’s time window go to your album. No picking, no uploading. Photos from before or after your event stay private.
Can family send photos on WhatsApp?
Yes. Relatives can send their photos over WhatsApp and they land with everyone else’s.
Can my photographer add their photos too?
Yes. Your photographer can deliver straight into the same album, so the professional shots sit next to everyone else’s.
Who can see the photos?
You decide. Keep the album private to you, or open it to everyone who joined.
Is Picaggo free?
Yes. The free Basic plan includes 2GB of storage (about 800 photos), unlimited events and guests, the photo guestbook, live photo wall, WhatsApp upload and original quality. Paid plans add more storage, AI face recognition and branding.
Is Picaggo only for weddings?
No. Birthdays, graduations, reunions, trips, office parties, holiday get-togethers. Any time a group of people takes photos of the same moment.
