Before the big day
Do our guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code or tap your link and add photos straight from their browser. The Picaggo app is optional. It adds Smart Sync, which sends their event photos for them whenever they open the app.
Will older relatives manage it?
Yes. They point the phone camera at the QR card and add photos in the browser. No app, no account, no password.
How does Smart Sync work?
A guest with the Picaggo app switches Smart Sync on once. After that, whenever they open the app, the photos they took during your event’s time window go to your album. No picking, no uploading. Photos from before or after your event stay private.
Can we have separate albums for each part of the wedding?
Yes. One wedding event, with an album for each part: welcome party, ceremony, reception, brunch, or every function of a multi-day celebration.
Can our photographer deliver through Picaggo?
Yes. Your photographer can deliver straight into the same event, so their shots sit next to everyone else’s.
Is our album private?
Yes. Only people with your event link or QR code can view or add photos, and you stay in control of access.
When can we see the photos?
As soon as guests add them. You can start browsing the same night, not weeks later.
How many photos can we collect?
The free plan holds 500MB, about 200 photos. Standard holds 5GB, about 2,000 photos, for a one-time $23.99, valid for 12 months. Premium holds 10GB, about 4,000 photos. If you expect a big wedding, pick a plan before the day.
When should we set it up?
Any time before the first celebration. It takes under a minute. Then print the QR card or share the invite in your groups.
